Cancellation Policy

At Bin/Gen Mobile DNA Testing, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order or appointment. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your order and any associated fees or refunds.
1. Cancellation of DNA Test Orders
1.1 Before Shipment
Full Refund: If you cancel your DNA test order before the test kit has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

1.2 After Shipment
Partial Refund: If you cancel your order after the test kit has been shipped but before the samples have been collected, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be the cost of the test kit minus shipping and handling fees.
Return of Test Kit: You must return the unused test kit in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a partial refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Cancellation of Appointments
2.1 Technician-Performed Sample Collection
24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without any penalty.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full cost of the service.
2.2 In-Lab Sample Collection
24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without any penalty.

4. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request and, if applicable, the returned test kit. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
Bin/Gen Mobile DNA Testing reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
